At 58 Facettes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original 58 Facettes packaging, ensuring all security tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective cases are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
